These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Home Taste Ireland mobile application (the "App") operated by Home Taste Ireland ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The App provides recipes, cooking instructions, and related features for personal, non-commercial use. You may use the App on any device you own or control, subject to these Terms.
The App uses anonymous authentication. You do not need to create an account or provide any personal information to use the App. A random, anonymous identifier is generated automatically to enable certain features.
A selection of recipes is available for free without a subscription. We reserve the right to change which recipes are included in the free tier at any time.
All content in the App — including recipes, text, images, design, and branding — is owned by Home Taste Ireland or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the App without our written consent.
You are welcome to share recipes with friends and family for personal use using the share feature within the App.
You agree not to:
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Recipes are provided for informational purposes. You are responsible for ensuring food safety, checking for allergens, and following safe cooking practices. We are not liable for any adverse effects resulting from preparing or consuming any recipe.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Home Taste Ireland shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
